5. Application materials

1). Pre-approved materials for foreign-invested enterprise name or foreign-invested enterprise business license;

2). Commitment for filing and reporting for the establishment of foreign-invested enterprises or commitment for filing and reporting for changes in foreign-invested enterprises;

3). Certificates of designated representatives or joint agents of all investors or foreign-invested enterprises, including the power of attorney and the identity certificate of the principal;

4). Proof that the investor or legal representative of the foreign-invested enterprise entrusts others to sign relevant documents, including the power of attorney and the identity certificate of the entrusted person (if no other person is entrusted to sign relevant documents, no need to provide);

5). the investor's subject qualification certificate or natural person's identity certificate (if the change does not involve the change of the investor's basic information, it is not necessary to provide);

6). the identity certificate of the legal representative as a natural person (if the change does not involve the change of the legal representative, no need to provide).

If the original of the aforementioned documents is in a foreign language, the Chinese translation shall be uploaded and submitted at the same time, and the foreign-invested enterprise or its investors shall ensure that the content of the Chinese translation is consistent with the content of the foreign language original.

6. Handling Procedures

1). For foreign-invested enterprises established before July 1, 2018 to make changes, the process is as follows: Log in to the Ministry of Commerce's integrated business platform website-Foreign Investment Integrated Management Information System-Registration-Enter company-related information-Report-City Commerce Bureau review- Receive record receipt

2). To establish a new foreign-invested enterprise after July 1, 2018, the process is as follows: Applicants log on to the "Shandong Government Service Network-click on Enterprise Start-fill in the registration of foreign-invested enterprises, "multi-certificate integration" and business Filing and other information—The industrial and commercial department conducts pre-review of the applicant’s establishment registration information, issues business licenses, and pushes basic information such as the company name and unified social credit code to the commerce department—The commerce department reviews the corporate business record information—issues a filing receipt
