For those foreign-invested manufacturing projects and other Japan- and Korea-invested projects which have actually used USD 5 million or higher foreign capital will be awarded 1.5% of the actual investment as incentive payment. Among them, those manufacturing projects located in the city that have been invested by Fortune Global 500 (based on the ranking of Fortune magazine in the current year and last year) whose headquarters are based outside mainland China will be awarded 2% of their actual investment. The highest reward for an individual project is 10 million RMB Yuan; for one project, one award only.
